Ingredients
- Two (15-ounce) cans 100% pure pumpkin , or 4 cups cooked fresh pumpkin, mashed
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice*
- 1 sleeve low-fat graham crackers, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon honey** or yogurt
Instructions
- Add pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and honey to a large bowl. Mix until combined.
- Add graham crackers to bowl and mix gently until blended. Mixture will be chunky. Serve.
Notes
*A blend of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves or nutmeg can be substituted for pumpkin pie spice.
**Avoid giving honey to children under the age of one.
