Oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with Italian herbs and spices. |
Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 large Russet potatoes, rinsed and scrubbed, cut into wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet.
- Combine garlic and seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle ½ the spice mix onto potato wedges.
- Bake wedges for 7 minutes, or until they start to brown. Remove potatoes from oven. Flip wedges over and sprinkle with the remaining spice mix.
- Bake for an additional 7 minutes, or until wedges are brown and cooked through. Serve.
