Ingredients
- Four 10-inch whole-grain tortillas
- 1 cup peanut butter, spreadable fruit or jelly, or low-fat fruit-flavored cream cheese
- 1 cup apples, pears, strawberries, bananas, dried fruit or raisins, etc., sliced or chopped
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter, jelly, or cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Portion out fruit evenly and add to each tortilla.
- Roll up tortillas, tucking one end under to contain ingredients.

Soften tortillas by heating them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
