Fruit Roll-Ups

A fruit-filled tortilla wrap that can be changed up using your favorite fruits and spreads.

Ingredients
  

  • Four 10-inch whole-grain tortillas
  • 1 cup peanut butter, spreadable fruit or jelly, or low-fat fruit-flavored cream cheese
  • 1 cup apples, pears, strawberries, bananas, dried fruit or raisins, etc., sliced or chopped

Instructions
 

  • Spread a thin layer of peanut butter, jelly, or cream cheese on each tortilla.
  • Portion out fruit evenly and add to each tortilla.
  • Roll up tortillas, tucking one end under to contain ingredients.

  • Soften tortillas by heating them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
