Fruit Crunch Cobbler

A quick and easy dessert featuring a sweet fruit filling topped with granola and cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium pears, sliced, or one (15-ounce) can pear halves in 100% fruit juice, drained and sliced
  • 2 medium peaches, sliced or one (15-ounce) can sliced peaches in 100% fruit juice, drained
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract or vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup low-fat granola

Instructions
 

  • Add pears, peaches, extract, and cinnamon to a large microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle granola over the top.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening for steam to escape.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes.
  • Spoon equal amounts in four bowls. Serve.
