Ingredients
- 3 medium pears, sliced, or one (15-ounce) can pear halves in 100% fruit juice, drained and sliced
- 2 medium peaches, sliced or one (15-ounce) can sliced peaches in 100% fruit juice, drained and sliced
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract , or vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¾ cup low-fat granola with raisins
Instructions
- Add pears, peaches. cinnamon, and almond extract to a large microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.
- Sprinkle granola over the top.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening for steam to escape.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes.
- Spoon equal amounts in four bowls. Serve.
