Enjoy an energy packed snack made with dried fruit and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • ½ cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup honey*

Instructions
 

  • Place graham cracker crumbs on a platter or plate.
  • Add remaining ingredients to large bowl, mix thoroughly.
  • Shape into 24 mini balls. 
  • Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
  • If time allows, refrigerate or freeze mini balls for 30 minutes or more. Serve.

Notes

*Avoid giving honey to children under 1 year of age.
