Instructions
Place graham cracker crumbs on a platter or plate.
Add remaining ingredients to large bowl, mix thoroughly.
Shape into 24 mini balls.
Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
If time allows, refrigerate or freeze mini balls for 30 minutes or more. Serve.
Notes
*Avoid giving honey to children under 1 year of age.
