Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- ¼ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts, any kind (optional)
Instructions
- Add apples, celery, raisins, yogurt, and cinnamon to a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Add chopped nuts just before serving. Mix and serve, or chill before serving.
Notes
Change it Up
- Use any other dried fruit you may have on hand, such as cranberries, blueberries, diced apricots, or dates.
- Out of cinnamon? Add pumpkin or apple pie spice mix instead.
