Creamy Grape Salad

Classic fruit salad with grapes, strawberries, and bananas coated in creamy strawberry yogurt.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pound seedless green grapes, halved
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • One (5- to 8-ounce) container nonfat strawberry yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add strawberries, grapes, bananas, and yogurt. Mix until fruit is well coated.
  • Serve immediately or chill and serve within 2 hours.

Notes

Prep Tip

  • Canned or thawed frozen fruit can also be used in this recipe. Drain extra liquid from canned or thawed frozen fruit before using.
  • Individual servings of yogurt usually come in 5-, 6-, or 8-ounce containers. Any size will work for this recipe.

Change it Up

Try substituting blueberries or chopped apples for strawberries.
