Chunky Monkey Shake

A healthier take on a classic chocolate shake, made with low-fat milk, instant pudding mix, and banana.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • ½ package chocolate instant pudding mix (or sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix)
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk, pudding mix and ice cubes into a blender with a tight fitting lid. Blend on medium speed for one minute or until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and stir in banana chunks.
  • Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes (mixture will thicken as it stands).

Notes

Note: If shake is too thick, add milk or eat with a spoon.
