Ingredients
- 2 cups berries, any variety, frozen
- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup orange juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add water if smoothie is too thick.

- Experiment using different fruits. Try peaches in place of berries.
- Pour into molds or paper cups for homemade popsicles.
- To make this recipe non-dairy, substitute fortified soy beverage for milk.
- Choose 100% orange juice to avoid added sugars.
