Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups berries, any variety, frozen
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add water if smoothie is too thick.

Notes

Change it Up
    • Experiment using different fruits. Try peaches in place of berries.
    • Pour into molds or paper cups for homemade popsicles.
    • To make this recipe non-dairy, substitute fortified soy beverage for milk.
    • Choose 100% orange juice to avoid added sugars.
