Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add water if smoothie is too thick.
Notes
Change it Up
Experiment using different fruits. Try peaches in place of berries.
Pour into molds or paper cups for homemade popsicles.
To make this recipe non-dairy, substitute fortified soy beverage for milk.
Choose 100% orange juice to avoid added sugars.
