Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups peaches, peeled and sliced, or canned in it's own juice, drained
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups skim milk
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a 8-by-8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine oats, peaches, and sugar in a medium bowl.
- Add egg whites, vanilla, and milk to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add wet ingredients to the oat mixture and mix until blended.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes. Serve.
