Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or other cooking oil
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Place cauliflower in a large pot and add 1 inch of water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain cauliflower and place in a baking dish
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Change it Up
- Frozen cauliflower can be used in place of fresh. Prepare according to directions on package.
