Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Fuji or Gala), diced
- ½ cup low-fat lemon yogurt
- Four 10-inch whole-grain tortillas
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 6 ounces turkey breast, sliced
- 2 ounces Havarti cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine apples and yogurt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Place tortillas on a plate and warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Place spinach, turkey, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Add ¼ of apple mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold two opposite sides of each tortilla in about 1 ½ and roll until closed.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
