Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, (about 5 large stalks)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 F.
- Thoroughly rinse kale. Remove and discard ribs and stems.
- Tear leaves into large bite-sized pieces. Pat dry.
- Massage kale gently with olive oil until all leaves are shiny.
- Sprinkle kale with salt.
- Spread leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip leaves over and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until kale is crisp but not brown or burned.

- Experiment with different seasonings like lemon pepper, onion salt and dill, garlic salt and pepper, or Montreal steak seasoning.
