Thoroughly rinse kale. Remove and discard ribs and stems.
Tear leaves into large bite-sized pieces. Pat dry.
Massage kale gently with olive oil until all leaves are shiny.
Sprinkle kale with salt.
Spread leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip leaves over and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until kale is crisp but not brown or burned.
