Ingredients
- ¾ pound tomatoes (3 medium or 6 plum or Roma), chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ cup cilantro, rinsed and chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, or 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips.
