
Enjoy an energy packed snack made with dried fruit and chocolate chips. |
Ingredients
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup nut butter
- ½ cup nonfat dry milk powder
- ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup honey*
Instructions
- Place graham cracker crumbs on a platter or plate.
- Add remaining ingredients to large bowl, mix thoroughly.
- Shape into 24 mini balls.
- Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
- If time allows, refrigerate or freeze mini balls for 30 minutes or more. Serve.
Notes
*Avoid giving honey to children under 1 year of age.
