Instructions
Add the Greek yogurt and orange juice to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
In each 8- to 9-ounce glass or cup, layer:
¼ cup blueberries
½ cup orange-flavored yogurt
¼ cup diced watermelon
1½ tablespoons orange-flavored yogurt
If desired, top each parfait with ¼ cup granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
Notes
If the yogurt mixture seems thin after stirring, refrigerate to thicken before assembling the parfaits.
Frozen blueberries work well if fresh are unavailable; thaw and drain them first for the best texture.
