Instructions
Mix orange juice, mayonnaise, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, if using, in a large bowl.
Add apples, celery, cranberries, and nuts, if using, and stir into the dressing mixture.
Chill for one hour before serving.
Notes
Change it Up
Use diced pears instead of apples, or a combination of both.
Substitute raisins or any dried fruit for dried cranberries.
Try nonfat Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
