trimmed and cut into 2-inch strips

chili-garlic sauce

fresh ginger,
grated

red bell pepper,
cut into strips

reduced-sodium chicken broth

low-sodium soy sauce

peanut butter

green onions,
cut into 2-inch pieces
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and rinse noodles with cold water.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add pork, chili garlic sauce, and ginger to pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add bell pepper strips to pan and stir-fry another 2 minutes.
Add broth, soy sauce, and peanut butter to pan.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 minute or until sauce becomes slightly thick.
Stir in green onions. Serve over noodles.
