  • 3 pound turkey breast
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sodium-free all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Nonstick vegetable cooking spray


  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat roasting pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Add paprika, lemon pepper, parsley, thyme, poultry seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Rub spice mixture over turkey breast until well seasoned. Lightly spray turkey with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Place turkey on roasting pan and place in oven on middle rack. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  • Let turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
