Ingredients
- 3 pound turkey breast
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ½ teaspoon sodium-free all-purpose seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat roasting pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- Add paprika, lemon pepper, parsley, thyme, poultry seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well.
- Rub spice mixture over turkey breast until well seasoned. Lightly spray turkey with vegetable cooking spray.
- Place turkey on roasting pan and place in oven on middle rack. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
- Let turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
