Ingredients

Makes 4 servings. Check items off as you go.

▢ 2 cups frozen melon (any kind)
▢ ½ cup plain yogurt
▢ ¼ cup sugar
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla or lime juice (optional)

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until just smooth. Don't blend too much, or the sorbet will become too soft.
Serve immediately for a softer consistency or place in freezer for at least 4 hours to enjoy later.
