Ingredients
- One (15-ounce) can red or black beans, drained and rinsed
- One (11-ounce) can corn, drained
- ½ small green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix gently.
- Serve or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Prep Tip
To make prep time even shorter, look for canned Spanish or Mexican corn at the store. This corn has red and green peppers added.
