Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Spicy chicken breast, veggies, and blue cheese dressing wrapped in a whole-wheat tortilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons hot-pepper sauce, or mild buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
  • Four 10-inch whole-wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • Combine the chicken and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing on each tortilla. Arrange ½ cup romaine down the center of each tortilla. Top with ½ cup chicken, ¼ cup celery, ¼ cup cucumber, and ¼ cup carrots.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla up to the top.
