Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tablespoons hot-pepper sauce, or mild buffalo sauce
- ½ cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
- Four 10-inch whole-wheat tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Combine the chicken and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing on each tortilla. Arrange ½ cup romaine down the center of each tortilla. Top with ½ cup chicken, ¼ cup celery, ¼ cup cucumber, and ¼ cup carrots.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla up to the top.
