Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix to combine.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
